ORDERING
Orders placed by 3 pm EST are normally processed and shipped within approximately 2 business days from the date the order was placed.
PAYMENT, PRICING, & PROMOTIONS
TO DIE FOR proudly uses PAYPAL to accept all forms of payment. PAYPAL uses the highest forms of online purchasing security:

• Paypal
TO DIE FOR reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.
DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. All Next Day shipping orders must be received by 3 pm PST. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify orders@todieforclothing.com. You will receive an email from orders@todieforclothing.com when your order has been confirmed.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
All orders are shipped out of California and will not be at your door 5 minutes after you have ordered.. PLEASE be PATIENT.
• UPS Ground (Default Option) - Shipments vary upon what state its going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.
• USPS "First Class" International - 6-10 business days. Tracking is NOT available for this option and you will NOT be refunded if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you choose this option, you acknowledge and understand that you waive the right to tracking information. This is the cheapest option for International shipping and 99% of the time packages make it to there destinations.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
DOMESTIC - All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Rates are based on yourZip Code/Postal Code. All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL - Please note: We do our best to keep Customs costs down, however customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United States. Because these laws and fees can change over time, To Die For Clothing encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. To Die For does not add any of these fees to orders before checkout. To Die For will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.

RETURN POLICY
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR INVOICE BEFORE PLACING A RETURN!! Make sure the items you received match what you ordered on your invoice. Merchandise may only be returned if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order/item or if you received a damaged item. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs.
All orders must be authorized for return before they are sent through mail. Please do not send you order for return without authorization. If your order is sent to us through mail without proper authorization, we reserve the right to keep your order and your order will not be sent back under any circumstances. To get authorization on a return, please contact us via e-mail, have your order number available which is located on the invoice sent with your item(s) and you will be sent back an authorization for your return. Items must be in their original form (unworn, with tags, and/ or individual packaging). The packing slip and return authorization form must be included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.

On all returns, original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. All returns require a FEE of $8.00 for U.S. Orders and $25.00 for International Orders (cash or money order made out to TO DIE FOR) be sent with the item(s) to cover shipping costs. If your return is authorized and the error is made on our portion of your order then the shipping cost will be waived. Clearance, and sale merchandise are FINAL sales. No returns. Returns take approximately 1 week for processing after your return is received at our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
To Die For collects customer information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions. We collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address and credit card numbers, that you provide to us when you place an order, when you save your information with us or when you participate in a sale, promotion or survey. To Die For may use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. We also collect e-mail addresses at various locations within the site including when you order from the site so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order - such as an order confirmation notice. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, purchases and whatever else might enable us to enhance and personalize your shopping experience. We also monitor site use and traffic patterns to improve our web site design and the products and services we offer. To Die For recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly.

To Die For Clothing will not rent or sell your e-mail address for any reason. We may disclose information about you to other members of the To Die For Clothing family and as required by law. We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment for products you've ordered and as required by law.
